Research Interests:

Professor Bartee's research and teaching interests include Constitutional Law, Civil Liberties, and the Judicial Process. She has authored two books, Cases Lost, Causes Won (1984) and Litigating Morality: American Legal Thought and Its English Roots (1992) and has contributed a chapter in Reinventing Missouri Government. Dr. Bartee also serves as the Department's Pre-law advisor.
